In this training session, leaders of teams and project groups learn pragmatic approaches to identifying potentials in the team and to organising shared tasks. They learn to classify difficult situations, recognise dynamics and constructively influence others. They learn to see the heterogeneity of their team as a value and strength and to convert this into excellent team performances. They also experience what is particularly important in distance management.
