We store personal data primarily at business and ordering processes. For this purpose, we give personal data to third parties who act on behalf of or for Neuland Partners for Development & Training GmbH & Co. KG (§ 11 BDSG, so-called order data management). 2. Responsible party and transfer of data to third parties

Neuland Partners for Development & Training GmbH & Co. KG is responsible in terms of the BDSG. A disclosure of personal data within Neuland Partners for Development & Training GmbH & Co. 5. Sending of collected data to third parties

10. training, consulting, coaching, moderation

For the conduction of training, consulting, coaching and facilitation, we collaborate with freelance trainers, consultants, coaches and facilitators. If you have booked binding measures, we give the necessary appointment to the respective trainer, consultant, coach or moderator and send your registration and event data to the relevant external partners. The committed external partners is committed by a framework agreement to comply with the provisions of the BDSG and to confidentiality and will use the data only for the appointment and conduct of the booked measures. This may include technical support services belonging to the software and hardware used by external partners. In performing this service, you can choose to communicate by phone or Web conferencing tools of the external partner. Both communication channels are offered by external partners in their own responsibility. In case you do not agree with the use of web conferencing tools inform the external partners directly with the initial contact.

Some of our Internet offers contain hyperlinks to other websites that are not operated by Neuland Partners for Development & Training GmbH & Co. KG. We do not monitor these sites and are not responsible for their content nor their privacy practices.
